   Delivery Information

We provide free shipping on all UK orders with a subtotal of over £25 (excluding VAT). For UK orders below this amount, standard shipping charges apply.

 

Shipping Costs

 

-         Free - UK Orders over £25.00 (subtotal excluding VAT)

-         £2.95 - UK Orders under £25.00

 

Please note that we are not currently shipping outside of the UK.

 

Dispatch times

 

We dispatch from Monday to Friday (except for seasonal and bank holidays etc). Orders placed will be dispatched within 1 business day of the order being placed, this does not guarantee that your order will be dispatched the same day or the next day.

 

Parcel sizes

 

Occasionally orders will not fit through letter boxes. If you are not in to receive your order, please leave a note on your door for the courier to leave it with a neighbour or a secure place or contact courier ASAP to rearrange delivery or the parcel will be sent back to us after 5 business days.

 

Delivery times

 

Royal Mail


For UK orders, Royal Mail UK deliveries are as follows;

 

-         1st Class Mail is delivered within approximately 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

-         2nd Class Mail (including 2nd Class Recorded Delivery) is delivered within approximately 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

Couriers


If we decide to dispatch your UK order by courier because of its weight or value, you will receive an email notification of your courier details and further details by email, text and an estimate delivery date by the courier, providing you have provided the correct email address and mobile phone number.

 

Delivery by courier normally takes place within 2 to 4 business days of dispatch.

 

Please note: 

 

We dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, the delivery times mentioned above are NOT guaranteed, they are just approximate times provided by the couriers. Once we dispatch an item to a courier for delivery, we are unable to control delays and delivery times. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause by delivery delays, we cannot take any responsibility of the couriers, though we will do everything we can to help you get your order in the quickest possible time.

 

Orders

 

You will receive emails after you have placed your order, providing we have a valid email address, emails sent confirms;

 

-         that your order has been received and will contain your order details, this email should arrive upon placing an order, within approximately 24 hours.

-         that your order has been dispatched, this email should arrive within approximately 1 business day following authorisation of your payment and verification of your information.

-         courier details and approximate delivery date.

 

If you do not receive emails, please look in your spam or junk folders. If they are not found in there, it is possible you have typed in an incorrect email address when completing the order form email address field.

 

When placing an order with us, please take care to provide your full and correct address. In the event of lost parcels due to incorrect address details being provided, we will not be able to refund your order or shipping costs (if applicable). You will also be required to pay the full amount for a re-order of items, if required.

 

Tracking Orders

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking information to monitor its progress.

 

Late deliveries

 

If your order appears to be late, please remember:

 

-         courier deliveries take place on business days (i.e. Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

-       delays to deliveries by couriers  do occur and these are beyond our control. Please be patient, as usually your item will arrive within a few days of dispatch.

 

Always check your post box for an “unable to deliver” note, as most packages will be unable to fit in a standard letter box and if a signature is required, they will not leave the item.

 

Please note: 

 

In some cases, couriers do not leave an “unable to deliver” note. If your delivery has not arrived after 5 business days and you have not had an “unable to deliver” note left in your letter box, contact your local courier collection depot immediately, as it will usually be awaiting collection there.

 

If parcels are not collected within a certain number of working days, they are usually posted back to us. However, it takes around 30 days for us to receive returned parcels. In these circumstances, a delivery charge will apply to any orders that are required to be re-shipped to you.

 

Lost parcels

 

The time period depends on the courier used and how couriers take further action and before couriers will accept that an item has been lost and the number of days passed of delivery date. 

 

Confiscated parcels

 

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are allowed to import any supplement you wish to purchase from the UK into your own or preferred  country. If Customs officials in your or your preferred country return your order to us, either because you did not have permission to import such supplements, or because such supplements are banned in your or your preferred country, we will refund your order less the shipping costs incurred by us and 25% re stocking fee, off the total order amount.

 

Please check with your or your preferred country’s Customs officials to make sure that you are permitted to import any supplement before purchasing.

 

In rare instances, customs may confiscate shipments containing prohibited products from entering into their respective countries. In the unlikely event that your shipment is confiscated in these circumstances, we accept no responsibility and therefore will not offer any refunds for your order.
