- You will receive emails after you have placed your order, providing we have a valid email address.
- Please review the order confirmation for accuracy and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.
When placing an order with us, please take care to provide your full and correct address. In the event of lost parcels due to incorrect address details being provided, we will not be able to refund your order or shipping costs (if applicable). You will also be required to pay the full amount for a re-order of items, if required.
2.2 Order Confirmation
- That your order has been received and will contain your order details, this email should arrive upon placing an order, within approximately 24 hours.
- If you do not receive emails, please look in your spam or junk folders. If they are not found in there, it is possible you have typed in an incorrect email address when completing the order form email address field.
- Your order has been dispatched, this email should arrive within approximately 1 business day following authorisation of your payment and verification of your information.
- Courier details and approximate delivery date.

3. Product Availability

- Customers may place backorders for select items.
- Backordered items will be shipped as soon as they are restocked.
4. Order Cancellations

If the order has already been dispatched or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In this case, you may refer to our Returns Policy to initiate a return once you receive the item.

5. Returns and Refunds
- Customers may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
- Opened or used items are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.
- Backorder items or items purchased on final sale are non-returnable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.
